Our Policies

  • Deposits are needed to secure appointments and cover the time it takes artists to draw up custom designs as each design is original.

    Each deposit is $100.00 CAD

    Please be deposit ready when booking an appointment, otherwise we cannot hold an appointment for you.

    Deposits are non-refundable.

    If you request a reschedule before the 72 hour grace period, your deposit will be honoured for one rescheduling. If not you will be required to send in another deposit. Please understand when last minute cancellations or no shows occur, it is a huge detriment as often times those slots cannot be filled so soon.

  • At Peach Pit we accept various payment methods including cash, debit, and credit. HST is included with every form of payment (yes even cash).

    Full payment is required upon completion of the tattoo.

    Unfortunately we do not offer payment plans, or e-transfers
    (e-transferring is available for sending the deposit).

    Please check in advance for accepted payment methods.

  • At Peach Pit we understand that life gets in the way of plans but here we have zero tolerance for no shows or last minute cancellations.

    All no shows will result in the deposit being seized. To avoid last minute cancellations, we allow a 72 hour grace period for your deposit to be transferred and the appointment will be rescheduled.

  • To ensure a smooth and organized scheduling process we have now implemented a new policy.

    RESCHEDULING LIMIT
    Each client will be allowed a maximum of two reschedules per deposit. After two reschedules, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to secure an appointment.

    This policy is in place to minimize appointment movements to prevent situations where appointments are continuously rescheduled over an extended period of time.

  • The legal age of tattooing consent in Ontario is 18+.

    Please have a valid ID (no health cards please) ready once signing waivers, otherwise you may be turned away and have your deposit forfeited.

  • If a support visitor is needed, please let us know beforehand so we can accommodate a seating arrangement. We can allow up to two visitors at the tattooing booth but there is room for more in the waiting room.

  • Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, ormedications that may affect the tattooing process. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the procedure may pose risk to your health.

  • Custom designs will be sent to clients one day before the scheduled tattoo session. This timeframe allows us to finalize and perfect the design while safeguarding the originality of our work.

    Unfortunately we cannot provide designs earlier than one day before the appointment. This policy is in place to protect the integrity of the design and prevent any potential misuse of the artwork.

    We understand that collaboration is key to achieving your ideal tattoo. We will have ample time to discuss and make any necessary changes to your design the day before and during our session.

    Before we begin the tattooing process, you will have the opportunity to review and approve the final design. If there are any significant changes you wish to make, please speak up. Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • Please arrive to your appointment well rested, fed and hydrated. If possible try not to have any caffeine or take any blood thinners the morning of your appointment.

    Do not drink alcohol within 12 hours of your appointment.

    Please do not arrive under the influence of alcohol or substances.

    This creates an uncomfortable experience for our artists and yourself. You will be turned away and have the deposit forfeited if we determine that you are not in a suitable state to be tattooed.

    At Peach Pit, our main goal is comfort and safety. If at any point during our session you make the artist or anyone else in the studio uncomfortable, you will be turned away and your deposit will be seized. Let's make this a safe space for everyone.

  • Please understand that you are responsible for arriving to your scheduled appointment on time.

    There is no need to come early and please do not be late as that pushes our scheduling back. We can accommodate up to 20 minutes after the time slot of your appointment.

    Any later will result in a seized deposit and rescheduled appointment.

  • We often take photos of our work for social media and promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your tattoo photographed or shared, please inform us prior to your appointment.

  • Touch ups are free within one year of your original appointment date (excluding fingers, palms, hands, elbows or feet).
    We believe in the quality of our work and want to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your tattoo.

    AFTERCARE RESPONSIBILITIES
    It is essential that you follow the aftercare instructions provided during the consultation. If your tattoo shows signs of improper care, such as excessive fading or damage, we reserve the right to charge for touch-up appointments.

    SUN DAMAGE
    If your tattoo experiences sun damage due to vacationing or prolonged sun exposure within the first six weeks of healing, touch-up services will also incur a fee.

    TOUCH UP NO-SHOWS
    If you no show or cancel your touch-up appointment less than 72 hours notice you will be required to pay for your touch-up when it is rescheduled.
